Sea Border Observatory collaborator Maurice Stierl has published a new article, "And Yet They Move! Mobility Conflicts and Migrant Manoeuvres in the Mediterranean Sea," in the journal Movements: Journal for Critical Migration and Border Regime Studies. The article appears in a special issue marking ten years of civilian sea rescue in the Mediterranean.
